Human Resources Management is an exploration of contemporary HR practices, designed to equip participants with the skills necessary for effective talent acquisition, performance assessment, and employee engagement in today’s dynamic workplace. Topics introduced include HR strategy, including analytics, business acumen, and technology integration. Navigating compliance with employment laws while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture are covered. The course also emphasizes the importance of risk management and safety protocols, alongside labor relations and negotiation strategies, ensuring a holistic understanding of HR’s role in driving organizational success.
